LIBRETTO is a live performance venue located in the heart of downtown Paso Robles. Here at Libretto we are fortunate enough to have the opportunity to host world class talent on a weekly basis featuring the best in Jazz, Blues, Classical and Opera. This space was designed and created with no detail overlooked to ensure the highest quality experience for both patrons and performers alike.
Seating an intimate 62 people per show, the centerpiece of our venue is a very special 2012 Steinway & Sons Model D, a 9' full concert grand that has been regarded as one of the best pianos in the world by its players. This space is the site of the Old Paso Robles Opera house from 1919. You will see nods of the old architecture with exposed limestone and brick throughout the space. Decorated with beautiful custom art-deco / abstract works of the artists Adam Eron Welch and Lutron & Ketra museum quality lighting, the venue features lush custom leather booths and intimate candle-lit cocktail tables. The space is sure to please the eye and the ear as well, being the room has been treated acoustically by one of the best audio engineers in the country.
