She takes the standard and zips it up for a audience while paying homage to a classic track.” (Christopher Llewellyn Adams, Cash Box Magazine Review)
Stephanie Amaro: Latin Pop, Latin Jazz Vocalist
Grammy nominated recording artist Stephanie Amaro displays a rare musical versatility, having performed and recorded on a variety of instruments and vocal styles with artists ranging from Lady Gaga to Natalia LaFourcade.
Madeleine and Melina Adragna, Classical Vocalist
These young vocalists are not just connected by blood but connected by an awe-inspiring talent that was probably honed as very young children. The recent graduates of Pasadena City College (PCC) are already making the school, music community and fans of Classical and Opera singing take notice as the sisters are equally talented classically trained singers. The extraordinarily talented twins started pursuing their career while studying voice with the exceptionally talented choral director, Don Brinegar, and vocal coach, Suzan Hanson.
At PCC, Melina and Madeleine participated in several choirs, including the Donald Brinegar Singers, PCC Chamber Singers, and Concert Choir. The talented sisters have been fortunate to put on four duo recitals together. Their repertoire is extensive, including scenes from Le Nozze di Figaro, Rise and Fall of the City of Mahagonny and Don Giovanni. Madeleine and Melina are thankful to their parents and friends and all those who continuously support their pursuit of a musical career.
Clazzical Notes is excited to present this talented duo in a program that will show their exceptional vocal range and talented stage performing.
